    Martha Kelso is the CEO of one of the largest mobile wound care groups. She’s considered a visionary and entrepreneur in Post-Acute Care with a relentless mission to elevate the art and science of wound healing. As a published author, clinical editor for multiple peer-reviewed journals, an expert witness for wound litigation, and a member of several national advisory boards, she is a widely recognized award-winning industry expert working tirelessly to shape the future healthcare landscape.

    William Tettelbach, MD, FACP, FIDSA, FUHM, MAPWCA Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. William H. Tettelbach is Chief Medical Officer at RestorixHealth, overseeing more than 260 outpatient centers in hyperbaric medicine and wound care. Triple board-certified in Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Internal Medicine, he holds academic appointments at Duke University and Western University of Health Sciences. A former Program Director for Duke’s Hyperbaric Medicine Fellowship, he also serves as President of APWCA, sits on the CMS Advisory Panel on Hospital Outpatient Payment, and contributes to policy through Noridian’s Contractor Advisory Committee. His career is defined by advancing education and improving outcomes in wound care, infectious disease, and hyperbaric medicine.

    Jennie Feight, MS, CPC, CPMA, CPC-I

    Jennie Feight, MS, CPC, CPMA, CPC-I, is an expert in health policy, reimbursement strategy, and revenue cycle management with over two decades of wound care experience across provider and industry settings. Her experience spans coding, billing education, payer engagement, and strategic market access for advanced therapeutics and wound care technologies. Jennie is a published author as well as an AAPC certified coder, auditor, and instructor, and is serving her second year as president of her AAPC local chapter.  She serves as Senior Director of Health Policy at Kent Imaging, where she leads initiatives to align reimbursement pathways with clinical innovation.

    Kris has spent over 20 years in the wound care industry. After starting his career at Smith+Nephew, Kris held senior commercial roles at Advanced Medical Solutions and BioMonde. In his role of General Manager at SmartTRAK, Kris works alongside a team of analysts to support the industry with the latest market insights.

    Walaya Methodius-Rayford, MD, MBA, RPVI, CWSP, CHWS, DAVBLM, FACCWS, FAPWCA Dr. Methodius-Rayford is a distinguished vascular surgeon recognized for her holistic approach to medicine and patient care. With specialized expertise in hyperbaric medicine, she emphasizes advanced wound management and limb salvage. Her commitment to comprehensive care—particularly in women’s health—has broadened her practice into innovative models of transformative medicine. Dr. Methodius-Rayford established the Atlanta chapter of Women in Surgery, a respected organization supporting female surgeons and healthcare professionals. Serving as CEO and Medical Director, she leads initiatives in Women’s Health, Cardiovascular Care, lipedema, and lymphedema management, with a strong dedication to addressing health concerns and reducing healthcare disparities. Beyond her clinical leadership, Dr. Methodius-Rayford has a vested interest in regenerative medicine and wellness, acting as Medical Director for programs focused on regenerative medicine and anti-aging. She is also an accomplished educator and mentor, advancing the medical field through research and teaching. As the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles and a consultant in vascular and wound care education, she contributes extensively to professional development in her specialties. Her dedication to patient care, education, and advocacy is reflected in her service on multiple advisory boards and leadership roles within professional organizations.     Dr. Windy Cole is a board-certified podiatric physician and wound care specialist with over 24 years of clinical experience in limb preservation and advanced wound management. She currently serves as Professor and Director of Wound Care Research at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and Chief Research Officer for multiple clinical research organizations. Dr. Windy Cole is the founder of Cole Collaborative Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping biotech companies develop robust evidence generation strategies, optimize market access, and deliver high-quality medical writing solutions. She is a nationally recognized leader in integrating emerging technologies into wound care practice. She has led numerous clinical trials and serves on advisory boards for biotech and device companies, helping shape FDA strategies and real-world protocols. A frequent speaker at clinical symposia, Dr. Cole is committed to improving outcomes for patients with complex, hard-to-heal wounds through evidence-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Dr. Michael N. Desvigne is a true plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has chosen to dedicate his expertise to reconstructive surgery, specifically wound reconstruction. Dr, Desvigne believes performing reconstructive surgery has made him a better wound healing clinician and managing complex wounds has made him a better reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Desvigne brings a wealth of experience from a variety of disciplines. He is board certified in plastic surgery, general surgery, wound care and hyperbaric medicine. With this quadruple certification he approaches each wound problem with a staircase approach including surgical and nonsurgical solutions.

    Dr. Desvigne is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Academy of Wound Specialists, Wound Healing Society and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. He is a world-renowned lecturer and consultant in wound healing technologies. He has created multiple programs for inpatient and outpatient centers of excellence in wound care, with a focus on the continuum of care.

    Daniel Kapp, MD

    Chief of Plastic Surgery, Palm Beach Plastic Surgery Center

    Daniel L. Kapp was born and raised in Miami. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and completed medical school at the University of South Florida followed by Plastic Surgery Residency at Ohio State University. He was the Anastasi Fellow in Plastic Surgery at Boston University. Dr. Daniel Kapp is a highly regarded board-certified plastic surgeon and has been in private practice for more than 15 years. He is the founder of Daniel L Kapp Plastic Surgery. He performs many types of plastic and reconstructive surgeries. He has extensive experience treating post Mohs defects and is a highly regarded author on the topic. Dr. Kapp is an editor of Journal of Wound Care. He is co-author of the following key consensus documents: ASPS/American College of Mohs Surgeons Consensus Document on Post Mohs Repair, Journal of Wound Care TIMERS Document, Journal of Wound Healing International CAMPs Consensus Document, and the lead author of the recently published CAMPs for Soft Tissue and Plastic Surgical Reconstruction. In addition, Dr. Kapp is the meeting chair and co-course director for the International CAMPs Conference. He has served as Chief of Surgery at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He also served as the Medical Director of the Wound Center at Jupiter Medical Center.

    Thomas Davenport, MD, FACS

    Plastic Surgeon, Garden City, New York

    Dr. Thomas Davenport is a board-certified plastic surgeon and has been a partner at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group since 2006. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iona College and his MD degree from Yale University. He completed both his residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Plastic Surgery in the Harvard University Program at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Davenport pursued specialty training in Cancer Reconstruction and Cosmetic Surgery as a fellow at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, and was awarded the prestigious Webster Fellowship in Pediatric Plastic Surgery. He completed his training during an additional fellowship in burn and accident reconstruction with Harvard University at the Shriner Burn Hospital for Children.

    Since 2014, Dr. Davenport as consistently been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and has been featured multiple times as a Top Doctor in New York Magazine and Newsday.

  • Abigail Chaffin_Headshot

    Abigail Chaffin, MD, FACS, CWSP, MAPWCA

    Professor of Surgery, Chief of Division of Plastic Surgery, Tulane University

    Dr. Abigail Chaffin is a Professor and the Division Chief of Plastic Surgery at Tulane University. She is also the Medical Director of the MedCentris Wound Healing Institute at Metairie. She is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician and a Master of the American Professional Wound Care Association. She is the Program Director of the Tulane/Ochsner Plastic Surgery Residency Program. She has been awarded the honor of designation as a Master of the American Professional Wound Care Association. She focuses her practice on wound medicine, complex surgical wound reconstructive surgery, and general plastic reconstructive surgery.

    She has authored over 65 publications in wound medicine and surgery. She lectures nationally and internationally on plastic surgery, wound management and wound reconstructive surgery topics. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the current Chair of the ASPS Assembly of State and Regional Societies. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. In addition, she serves as an examiner for the Oral Board Exams for the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

  • Mark Suski, MD, FACS

    Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center

    Mark Suski MD, FACS is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon practicing in Thousand Oaks, CA since 2001. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine, then completed a General Surgery Residency at UC Davis East Bay and a Plastic Surgical Fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center. In addition, he completed a National Institute of Health sponsored Research Fellowship in Wound Healing at UC San Francisco with Dr Thomas Hunt. He is board certified in both General and Plastic Surgery. He is also a Certified Wound Specialist Physician (CWSP). He is a member of numerous national and regional surgical societies, including the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Wound Healing Society and the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is the current Chief of Staff at Los Robles Regional Medical Center and was the former Chief of Surgery. He is the founding Medical Director of the Los Robles Center for Advanced Wound Healing and is currently Program Director for the General Surgery Residency at Los Robles Regional Medical Center.
