Daniel L. Kapp was born and raised in Miami. Dr. Thomas Davenport is a board-certified plastic surgeon and has been a partner at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group since 2006. Dr. Abigail Chaffin is a Professor and the Division Chief of Plastic Surgery at Tulane University. She is also the Medical Director of the MedCentris Wound Healing Institute at Metairie. She is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician and a Master of the American Professional Wound Care Association. She is the Program Director of the Tulane/Ochsner Plastic Surgery Residency Program. She has been awarded the honor of designation as a Master of the American Professional Wound Care Association. She focuses her practice on wound medicine, complex surgical wound reconstructive surgery, and general plastic reconstructive surgery.

She has authored over 65 publications in wound medicine and surgery. She lectures nationally and internationally on plastic surgery, wound management and wound reconstructive surgery topics. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the current Chair of the ASPS Assembly of State and Regional Societies. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. In addition, she serves as an examiner for the Oral Board Exams for the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

He is the current Chief of Staff at Los Robles Regional Medical Center and was the former Chief of Surgery.
